Terms and Conditions

NetMasterClass strives to offer the highest quality training products and services for customers throughout the world. We promise to do our best to accommodate your needs and help you attain the coveted CCIE certification or gain knowledge in networking technologies. In order to ensure your satisfaction with training products and services, we’ve established the following policies and procedures concerning payment, scheduling, refunds and attendance.


If paying with a credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard), PayPal or wire transfers, payment is due in full at the time of class registration or service activation.

If paying with a purchase order (PO), PO number must be provided at the time of class registration or service activation and payment must be completed within 30 days.

If paying with Cisco Learning Credits, a Cisco Sales Order number must be provided at the time of class registration or service activation and at least one week prior to the beginning of the class. Click here to learn more about Cisco Learning Credits.

Instructor-Led Classes For General Public

Scheduling and Registration

Courses must be completed within 6 months of the purchase date. Class dates must be selected and confirmed at the time of the purchase. Your registration confirms your class seat and reservation of the equipment required for the class. Please note that seat and equipment are held for you and you only.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training class, please contact us as soon as possible. We require 15 calendar days notice to cancel the registration and issue you a refund, less any applicable fees. If the cancellation is within 14 days of the class start date, a 50% refund, less any applicable fees, will be issued to you. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification, it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed.

A course may be rescheduled twice without penalty if student provides 15 or more calendar days notice. If the course is rescheduled within 14 calendar days of the class start date, a $400 rescheduling fee will be assessed. The rescheduling fee must be paid in full at the time of rescheduling and a new date for taking the class must be confirmed at that time. The new date of the rescheduled class must fall within 9 months of the date of purchase.


Student substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class and are subject to the price adjustment because some of the services of Cisco 360 program are tied to an individual account and are not transferable. All substitutions must be requested in writing to sales@netmasterclass.net at least 15 calendar days prior to the class date.

No Shows

Failure to attend a class without a written notice will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of the full course price including courses paid for with Cisco Learning Credits. NetMasterClass, at its own discretion, may allow a “no show” student to re-sit for another session of the same or lower priced course.

Live Online Group Mentoring

We believe we offer the best training and mentoring possible. If within the first two weeks of Live Online Group Mentoring attendance you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw, please notify us in writing at sales@netmasterclass.net and receive a 100% refund, less any applicable fees.

Due to the dynamic nature of mentoring, the schedule and topics of Live Online Group Mentoring sessions are subject to change. If you happen to miss a topic, you will have several opportunities to attend another session on this topic during your 6 month membership.

Custom Classes

Custom classes are designed specifically for the needs of your organization by our experienced and well-known instructors. Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the class start date upon to reserve instructor’s time for a specific date(s). You may use one of the accepted payment methods (see Payment section above).

Self-Paced Materials and Equipment Rental

Online store orders for self-paced materials and racktime rentals cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of whether they were purchased individually or as part of a package.


Only instructor-led classes and Live Online Group Mentoring sessions are eligible for refund, less any applicable fees and upon certain conditions. Live Online Group Mentoring can be refunded at 100% if you notify us in writing within first two weeks of the service start date.

Refunds are issued to the same entity and using the same method of payment as during the original purchase. Processing a refund may take up to four weeks.


No part of this web site, study materials or graded lab results may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or for any purpose without the express permission of NetMasterClass, LLC. The information contained herein may be changed without prior notice.

NetMasterClass reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms, and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or programs described on this web site, or to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability. The company's liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course and NetMasterClass shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever. We will do everything possible to give students as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrollment.
